Warranty Policy

At Homeframe, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all items purchased through our online store at www.homeframe.shop.


1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

During this period, if your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or

  • Offer a full or partial refund if a replacement is unavailable.


2. What’s Covered

  • Cracks, chips, or breaks that result from normal use (not due to accidental drops or misuse)

  • Faulty stitching or seams on fabric products (e.g., scatter cushions)

  • Color fading within the first year not caused by exposure to direct sunlight or chemicals

  • Manufacturing flaws affecting the structural integrity or function of ceramic, textile, or wood items


3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, drops, impact, or accidents

  • Damage due to neglect, incorrect use, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water or heat damage from improper handling

  • Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Homeframe


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, email us at support@homeframe.shop with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Your contact details

Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.


5. Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required to process any claim.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions.

  • If the product is discontinued, we may offer a similar replacement or store credit.
