Refund & Returns Policy

At Homeframe, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED return and refund policy to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. 14-Day Return Window

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery—NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@homeframe.shop with your:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Contact details

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for another product, simply request an exchange when you contact us. We’ll be happy to assist, depending on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@homeframe.shop within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue for faster resolution. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
